2022 - Present

Director of Social and Digital Media, Center for Economic and Policy Research

Led all phases of CEPR's major website redesign (2023-2025), from writing the RFP to developing the vendor candidate list and selection process. Maintained strong internal communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the two-year redevelopment while managing the web vendor relationship and tracking internal deliverables during the project. Concurrently, leads integrated digital strategy by building strategic distribution and influencer networks. Additionally leads a team of three creatives supporting domestic and international policy work. Manages social media presence across all channels, developing tone and creative content that amplifies research rollouts and leverages trending moments. Works with cross-functional teams to create email campaigns, support development initiatives and plan events.

2021 - 2022

Director of Design, CAP Action

Led a four-person design team producing 10-12 unique creative assets weekly, including complex data visualizations, for social media and email platforms while maintaining consistent visual identity across channels. Delivered strategic content and rapid-response creative for national policy initiatives like "Build Back Better," driving public awareness and educating Members of Congress. Developed national outreach materials for influential partners including Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, and Senator Mark Warner.

Planned and executed social media campaigns as an integral member of team of nine in a deadline driven environment. Pitched content and design ideas to senior campaign leads. Coordinated with leadership, key stakeholders, and agency executives such as GMMB, iOne Solution, and Blue State Digital ensuring an aligned campaign strategy with consistent messaging.

Promoted innovative program model for digital memberships that featured exclusive online programming driven by user interests and member behavior data.
